The wider curriculum (subjects other than Reading, Writing, and Maths) are carefully sequenced so that knowledge is built upon year-by-year. Leaders at all levels of our school have worked together to ensure the curriculum offer our children get is rich in knowledge, engaging, and taught in a way that helps them know and remember more.

Below you will find the various units children learn about, more detailed information is available from your child's class teacher, and some of it will already have come to you in the form of knowledge organisers.

We are happy to share more detailed planning with you on request, but it is important to note that teachers adapt planning to fit each their class as they go, so any planning is only ever a work in progress on our curriculum journey.
